Please accept my sincere and hearty thank you in the sale of both my mother's home and our home and the purchase of our new home in 2009 As we discussed, I selected you as our agent because you genuinely cared about your community. You demonstrated this by agreeing to work as a trustee of the subdivision where you live and then by working hard to improve real estate conditions/values and neighbor/community relationships. The sale of my childhood home (my parents purchased the house in October, 1963) was difficult emotionally, but you were patient and supportive throughout the process. Your advice (obviously) was excellent, because we sold the house in less than 24 hours for full asking price! Closing was in less than a month, and you quickly handled all issues that arose. Whie the sale of our house in Ad Deum took a bit longer, we were lucky to sell it in a very short time for market conditions. We were very pleased with your marketing of our home. The closing was very quick and went off without a hitch! We really appreciate receiving copies of the sale documents to assist in preparing our 2009 taxes (you were correct -- we had not remembered to put a copy with our tax records!). The purchase of our new house in Wentzville was a bit more challenging -- it required you to negotiate quite a bit with the seller. Major items were handled by you while we were out of town, and everyting was accomplished by the time we returned. Our new home is beautiful, and you negotiated a terrific purchase price! Because of your relationships with our inspector, banker and title company, we were required to make very little effort in the underlying paperwork.
